references to the Parties shall include successors and permitted assigns;
the table of contents and the headings, including headings to Schedules are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of this Agreement;
a reference to an Act by name is a reference to an Act of the Parliament of Western Australia; and
a reference to an Act whether by name or otherwise includes the amendments to the Act for the time being in force and also any Act passed in substitution therefor or in lieu thereof and the rules, regulations and by‑laws for the time being in force thereunder.
2. (2) This Agreement including any dates and time limits specified herein may be varied by the Parties by agreement.
2. (3) Time shall be computed for the purposes of this Agreement in accordance with the provisions of the Interpretation Act 1984.
