10 Pilbara Development Commission established
(1)
There is established by this section a body called the Pilbara Development Commission.
(2)
The Pilbara Development Commission is to perform its functions in respect of the region described in Part G of Schedule 1.
(3)
The Pilbara Development Commission Act 1992 is repealed.
