30 Secrecy
A person to whom this section applies must not, either directly or indirectly, except in the performance of a function under or in connection with this or any other Act —
make a record of, or divulge or communicate to any person, any information concerning the affairs of another person acquired by him or her by reason of his or her office or employment under or for the purposes of this Act; or
produce to any person any document relating to the affairs of another person furnished for the purposes of this Act.
Penalty: $10 000.
This section applies to every person who is or has been —
a board member or a member of a committee;
an officer or employee; or
a person referred to in section 28 or 29.
