36 Council procedures
(1)
The Council is to meet at least twice each year.
(2)
If the chairperson of a commission is unable to attend a Council meeting, an appointed member of the board, nominated by that chairperson, may attend in his or her place as a member of the Council.
(3)
Subject to the directions of the Minister, the Council may determine its own procedures.
