Registration of documents
41 Registration of documents
The Registrar of Titles, the Registrar of Deeds, and any other person authorised by a written law to record and give effect to the registration of documents relating to transactions affecting any estate or interest in land, are to take note of section 39 and are empowered to record and register in the appropriate manner such of those documents as are necessary to give effect to that section.
Without limiting subsection (1), a statement in an instrument executed by a commission that any estate or interest in land has become vested in the commission under section 39 is evidence of that fact.
