39 Director to have plan
(1)
The Director must have an archives keeping plan that is approved by the Commission under section 40.
(2)
The archives keeping plan must set out how State archives in the State archives collection are to be kept by the Director.
(3)
The archives keeping plan may provide —
(a)
for a State archive to be reproduced in another form;
(b)
for the destruction of a State archive if a reproduction of it is being kept.
