The members of the Commission are —
the person who is the Auditor General, or who is acting in that office, under the Auditor General Act 2006; and
the person who is the Information Commissioner, or who is acting in that office, under the Information Commissioner Act 2024; and
the person who is the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administrative Investigations, or who is acting in that office, under the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1971; and
a person, appointed by the Governor, who has experience in record keeping and who is not a public service officer within the meaning of the Public Sector Management Act 1994.
