75 Director’s contractual powers
The Director may enter into a contract or an arrangement with any person under which —
(a)
the person indexes, organises, stores, preserves, secures, destroys or manages government records or State archives;
(b)
the State Records Office indexes, organises, stores, preserves, secures, destroys or manages records for the person.
