41 Plan to be reviewed
(1)
The Director may review the archives keeping plan at any time.
(2)
The Commission may require the Director to review the archives keeping plan.
(3)
Not more than 5 years is to elapse between the approval of the archives keeping plan and a review of it or between one review and another.
(4)
When the Director has reviewed the archives keeping plan the Director must submit a report of the review to the Commission.
