12 Deciding superseded planning scheme request—Act, s 29
For section 29(6) of the Act—
(a)
a local government must decide whether or not to agree to a superseded planning scheme request within 30 business days after the request is received; and
(b)
the period mentioned in paragraph (a) may be extended by the local government if the person making the request agrees, in writing, to the extension before the period ends.
