67C Minister may request extra information
(1)
This section applies if the Minister reasonably requires extra information or a document to decide the application.
(2)
The Minister may, by notice, require the applicant to give the extra information or document to the Minister within the reasonable period of at least 30 business days stated in the notice.
(3)
The notice must be given within 30 business days after the day the Minister receives the application.
(4)
If the applicant does not comply with the requirement within the stated period, the applicant is taken to have withdrawn the application.
