68A Applications for temporary use licences—Act, s 275H
For section 275H(2)(b) of the Act, an application for a temporary use licence must include—
(a)
the applicant’s name and contact details; and
(b)
a description of the premises to which the application relates; and
(c)
details of the relevant change the subject of the application; and
(d)
the grounds for the relevant change.
