32 Assessing variation requests—Act, s 61
For section 61(2)(d) of the Act, an assessment manager must consider the following matters when assessing a variation request, to the extent the matter is relevant to the request—
(a)
the common material;
(b)
the regional plan for a region;
(c)
the State Planning Policy, to the extent the State Planning Policy is not identified in the planning scheme as being appropriately integrated in the planning scheme;
(d)
any temporary State planning policy.
