49 Effect of proposed call in notice on appeal period
This section applies in relation to an application, other than a cancellation application, if a proposed call in notice is given for the application after the decision-maker for the application decides the application.
The appeal period relating to the decision-maker’s decision on the application is taken to have started again—
if the Minister gives a notice under section 51 in relation to the application—on the day after the notice is given; or
if the Minister does not give a call in notice under section 103 of the Act, or a notice under section 51, in relation to the application—on the day that is 25 business days after the day the representation period for the proposed call in notice ends.
