40 When required fee may be waived—Act, s 109
(1)
This section applies to—
(a)
a development application; or
(b)
a change application; or
(c)
an extension application; or
(d)
the referral, under section 54 of the Act, of a development application or change application to a referral agency.
(2)
For section 109(b) of the Act, all or part of the required fee for the application or referral may be waived if the application or referral is made by a registered non-profit organisation.
