For sections 68(6) and 69(2)(b) of the Act, the development assessment rules are contained in the document called ‘Development assessment rules’, made and amended by the Minister and published on the department’s website on 18 July 2025.
(2)
For section 69(8) of the Act, the amendment of the development assessment rules was published on the department’s website on 18 July 2025.
