37 Fee for fast-track development
(1)
This section applies to a prescribed development application if—
(a)
the application is for an aspect of development that is fast-track development; and
(b)
the fee payable to the assessment manager or a referral agency for the aspect would, other than for this section, be more than 856 fee units.
(2)
The fee payable to the assessment manager or referral agency for the aspect is 856 fee units.
(3)
However, this section is subject to section 38.
