Assessable development—Act, ss 44 and 45

In force

(1)

For section 44(5) of the Act, development is assessable development if it—

(a)

is stated in schedule 9 or 10 to be assessable development; and

(b)

is not prohibited development under section 19.

(2)

For section 45(2) of the Act, schedules 9 and 10 state the category of assessment required for assessable development stated in the schedules.
