67D Assessing application to amend registration to include additional land
(1)
The Minister must assess the application against whether the activity carried out on the registered premises is consistent with the nature of development proposed for the additional land under a local categorising instrument and a regional plan applying to the land.
(2)
The Minister must assess the application having regard to the outcomes of the public consultation about the application.
