19 Indemnities
The University must indemnify and keep indemnified —
each member of the Council; and
any member of a committee constituted or appointed by resolution of the Council or by or under a university statute or university regulation; and
any member of the academic board or its equivalent—
against all actions or claims (whether arising during or after the term of office of that member) in respect of any act or thing done or omitted to be done in good faith in the exercise or purported exercise of any power or duty conferred or imposed by or under this Act—
on the Council, any committee or the academic board or its equivalent; or
on any member or members of the Council, any committee or the academic board or its equivalent.
