33 Application of laws to university statutes and university regulations
(1)
A university statute or university regulation is not a statutory rule for the purposes of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.
(2)
A university statute or university regulation is not a subordinate instrument for the purposes of section 32 of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984.
