(1)
Subject to this Act, the University may invest any money of the University in any manner of investment authorised by the Council.
(2)
Any endowment funds held by the University in accordance with specific trusts as to the payment of the income from those funds in perpetuity may be invested for the time being in any manner in which moneys may be invested under the Trustee Act 1958.
