23 Acting Visitor
(1)
The Visitor may authorise a person to act as Visitor in his or her place—
(a)
in relation to any particular matter concerning the affairs of the University; or
(b)
during any period when the Visitor is absent or unable to act.
(2)
The person who is authorised to act as Visitor under subsection (1) has all the powers, duties and functions of the Visitor to the extent, or for the period of, the authorisation under that subsection.
