43 Delegation
Despite the terms of any trust—
(a)
the University may delegate all or any of its powers, functions and duties as trustee under this Division, other than this power of delegation, to—
(i)
the Council or a committee of the Council; or
(ii)
a designated staff member of the University; and
(b)
the Council may delegate all or any of its powers, functions and duties as trustee under this Division, other than this power of delegation, to—
(i)
a committee of the Council; or
(ii)
a designated staff member of the University.
