7 Common seal
(1)
The University has a common seal.
(2)
The common seal of the University must be kept and used as directed by the Council or in any other manner authorised by university statute or university regulation.
(3)
All courts, tribunals and other persons acting judicially—
(a)
must take judicial notice of the common seal of the University on a document; and
(b)
until the contrary is proved, must presume that it was duly affixed.
