52 Declarations—university commercial activity
After consultation with the University, the Minister may, by order published in the Government Gazette, declare—
(a)
an activity to be a university commercial activity for the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition of university commercial activity;
(b)
a commercial activity not to be a university commercial activity for the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of university commercial activity.
