72 University statutes and university regulations
On and from the commencement date, any statute of the University or regulation of the University made under the old Act and in force as at that date—
(a)
is taken to be a university statute or university regulation made under this Act, as the case requires; and
(b)
may be amended or revoked in accordance with this Act.
