32 Commencement
(1)
A university statute comes into operation on the day on which the Minister approves it unless a later commencement day is specified in the university statute.
(2)
A university regulation comes into operation on—
(a)
the day on which it is promulgated in accordance with the university statute under which it is made; or
(b)
if a later day is specified in the university regulation, that later day.
