Materials used in the system that are in contact with blackwater must be resistant to—

In force

(a)

sewage; and

(b)

a marine environment; and

(c)

disinfectants, deodorants and chemicals that have the potential to enter the system; and

(d)

cleaning agents that have the potential to enter the system; and

(e)

chemical compounds, in solid, liquid or gaseous form of a toxic or explosive nature, likely to be generated in the operation of the system; and

(f)

temperatures between -5°C and 60°C.
