reg 8.2

A vent pipe must be—

In force

(a)

made of non‑corrodible material; and

(b)

at least 40 millimetres in diameter; and

(c)

located so as not to provide odour nuisance; and

(d)

located at least 1∙5 metres from any source of ignition; and

(e)

designed so that any materials that may enter the vent pipe can fall back into the holding tank; and

(f)

covered with a cowl fitting to the outlet end; and

(g)

at least 150 millimetres above its point of penetration through any roof covering.
