9 Inspection of houseboats
(1)
For the purposes of regulation 8(1)(e) and (f), an authorised water officer of the GMR Water Corporation may inspect the installations and systems described in those provisions.
(2)
An inspection under subregulation (1) must not be undertaken without the consent of the owner and any occupier of the houseboat.
(3)
For an inspection under subregulation (1), the owner of the houseboat must pay to the GMR Water Corporation the appropriate fee specified in Schedule 3.
