21 Alteration to a comprehensive on‐board greywater treatment system
The holder of a houseboat licence for a houseboat that is within the Lake Eildon recreational area must not cause to be carried out any alterations to a comprehensive on‑board greywater treatment system on the houseboat that result in the system ceasing to comply with the specifications set out in Part 2 of Schedule 2.
Penalty: In the case of an individual, 20 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 40 penalty units.
