19F Reportable allegation
(1)
A reportable allegation is any information that leads a person to form the belief on reasonable grounds that an employee of a relevant entity has engaged in reportable conduct or conduct that may involve reportable conduct, whether or not the conduct is alleged to have occurred in the course of the employee’s employment.
(2)
However, a reportable allegation does not include information relating to a reportable conviction.
