19ZE Provision relating to investigation under section 19ZB(1)(b) or (c)
As soon as practicable after an investigation referred to in section 19ZB(1)(b) or (c) ends, the Commissioner —
(a)
must give the head of the relevant entity —
(i)
written notice stating that the investigation has ended; and
(ii)
a written report setting out the findings of the investigation and the reasons for those findings;
and
(b)
may make any recommendations that the Commissioner thinks fit.
