19S Commissioner may require information about systems
(1)
The Commissioner may request the head of a relevant entity to provide to the Commissioner any information about a system referred to in section 19R.
(2)
The head of a relevant entity must comply with a request under subsection (1).
(3)
The Commissioner may make recommendations for action to be taken by the head of a relevant entity in relation to a system referred to in section 19R and may provide the head of the relevant entity with any necessary information relating to the recommendations.
