19O Commissioner may exempt entities
(1)
The Commissioner may exempt an entity from the reportable conduct scheme.
(2)
The Commissioner must give written notice to an entity of an exemption under subsection (1) that relates to the entity.
(3)
An exemption under subsection (1) continues until the Commissioner gives the entity written notice that the exemption is revoked.
