Entities to which reportable conduct scheme applies

In force

The reportable conduct scheme applies to an entity set out in column 2 of Schedule 2 that —

(a)

exercises care, supervision or authority over children as part of its primary functions or otherwise; and

(b)

is not exempt under section 19O(1).
