19ZF Application to State Administrative Tribunal for review
A person aggrieved by a finding of the Commissioner on an investigation conducted under section 19ZB(1)(a) may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the finding.
An application under subsection (1) must be made within 28 days after the person is notified of the finding for which the review is sought.
For a review under this section, the State Administrative Tribunal must be constituted by a judicial member as defined in the State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004 section 3(1).
A finding of the Commissioner on an investigation conducted under section 19ZB(1)(a) is taken to be a decision for the purposes of the State Administrative Tribunal Act 2004 Part 3 Division 3.
