19N Commissioner may exempt conduct
(1)
The Commissioner may, in accordance with the regulations, exempt a class or kind of conduct of employees of a relevant entity, or a class or kind of relevant entity, from being reportable conduct.
(2)
The Commissioner must publish the details of an exempt class or kind of conduct on the Commissioner’s website.
