19ZA Head of relevant entity must report outcome of investigation to employee if employee informed of investigation
(1)
This section applies if an employee of a relevant entity is the subject of an investigation under section 19W(1) and the head of the relevant entity has informed the employee of the investigation.
(2)
The head of a relevant entity must, as soon as practicable after the end of an investigation under section 19W(1), give the employee —
(a)
written notice stating that the investigation has ended; and
(b)
a written report setting out the findings of the investigation and the reasons for those findings.
