112 Appointment of Registrar
(1)
The person who, immediately before commencement held office as the ACA Registrar is taken, at commencement, to have been appointed as the CATSI Registrar under subsection 653‑1(2) of the new Act.
(2)
The period for which the person is taken to have been appointed as CATSI Registrar under subitem (1):
(a)
starts at commencement; and
(b)
ends at the end of the period specified in the person's instrument of appointment as the ACA Registrar.
