59 Offence-directors
(1)
A director of a transitional corporation contravenes this subitem if the director fails to take all reasonable steps to comply with, or to secure compliance with, this Division.
(2)
A person commits an offence if the person contravenes subitem (1) and the contravention is dishonest.
Penalty: $200.
