86 Notice by ACA Registrar under subsection 68(2) of the old Act
(1)
This item applies if, before commencement:
(a)
the ACA Registrar had given a person a notice under subsection 68(2) of the old Act in relation to a transitional corporation; and
(b)
the time specified in the notice had not arrived.
(2)
The notice has effect as if it had been given by the CATSI Registrar under subsection 453‑5(1) of the new Act and had complied with subsections 453‑5(2) and (3) of the new Act.
