53 Corporation's report
A transitional corporation must prepare a report for the period (the item 53 period) corresponding to that part of the financial year ending on 30 June 2007 during which the transitional corporation was incorporated under Part IV of the old Act.
Note:
A transitional corporation may be exempt from the requirements of this Division (see Division 12 of this Part).
