The application of Part 7‑8 of the new Act extends to a book of a transitional corporation, to the extent that the book's content was:
kept immediately before commencement; and
kept by the corporation in accordance with its constitution or the old Act;
as if the book was kept by the transitional corporation under a requirement of the new Act.
Part 7‑8 of the new Act operates only in relation to things done in relation to the document after commencement.
Subitem (1) does not limit item 6, this Division, or Part 7‑8 of the new Act.
