50 Minutes of meetings
Despite item 6, subsections 220‑5(1) to (8) of the new Act do not apply in relation to proceedings, resolutions or declarations that happened before commencement.
Without limiting item 6, Division 220 of the new Act applies in relation to a transitional corporation as if a reference in that Division to the minute books, or minutes, of:
meetings of the corporation's members; or
resolutions of the corporation's members passed without meetings;
included a reference to the minute books, or minutes, of such meetings or resolutions:
kept by the corporation in accordance with its constitution or the old Act; and
accessible by the corporation immediately before commencement.
