20 CATSI Registrar may change the name
(1)
The CATSI Registrar may change a transitional corporation's name by altering the details of the corporation's registration so that the name complies with subsections 85‑1(3) to (6) of the new Act.
(2)
A change of name under subitem (1) takes effect when the CATSI Registrar alters the details of the corporation's registration.
(3)
To avoid doubt, sections 88‑20 and 88‑25 of the new Act apply in relation to a change of name under subitem (1).
