(1)
Despite sections 37‑1 and 37‑10 of the new Act, a transitional corporation is taken, on registration, to be registered as a medium corporation.
(2)
The CATSI Registrar must adjust the Register of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporations accordingly.
