40 Remuneration
Subsections 252‑1(1) and (2) of the new Act do not apply in relation to a person's appointment as a director of a transitional corporation if:
(a)
the person's appointment is covered by subitem 35(1); and
(b)
the period of the appointment is yet to end; and
(c)
under arrangements in place immediately before commencement, the person was entitled to be paid remuneration for being a member of the corporation's Governing Committee.
