Repeal the subparagraph, substitute:

(ii)

references to the Committee of Elders were references to such Committee of Elders as is declared by the Governor‑General by Proclamation for the purposes of this section; and

(iii)

references to the directors of the Corporation were references to the directors of the transferee corporation; and
